1 Plane Measuring and Balancing Machine for Differential Gears / Rear Axle Differentials Type DVW

The type DVW balancing machine is used to determine the unbalance and remove weight through radial drilling at the drive flange in one correction plane. Attachment of a dummy mass simulates the assembly situation in the vehicle and aids in the calculation of the correction weight and location. The machine is loaded either manually by the operator or automatically by integration into an existing robot cell or by a loading gantry.

1 Plane Measuring and Balancing Machine for Differential Gears / Rear Axle Differentials Type DVW
  • Features
    • Optimum operator accessibility
    • Dual station; i.e. loading is performed in parallel to unbalance correction
    • Movable driveline
    • Mass compensation through radial drilling (polar or in components on the outside diameter of the drive flange)
    • Further machining options upon request.
    • Attachment of a dummy mass as differential mass for later attachment of universal shaft
    • Alternatively available as a horizontal design.
    • Predetermined loader interface
    • Possibility of CAQ interface
  • Applications
    • Volume production of differential / rear axle drives manually or integrated into a manufacturing cell
    • Unbalance correction in polar or component format
